REA Site Services achieve CE Marking Compliance

CE marking of fabrication and aluminium structures came into force on 1st July 2014.

Clients and main contractors will now be required to use steelwork contractors with a specific “Execution Class” suitable for their project, as determined by BS EN 1090-1.

Organisations failing to use CE accredited companies for steelwork are committing a criminal offence.
